The 17 unit DVD/Video geometric tolerancing fundamentals program is designed to teach uniform application and interpretation skills to engineers, designers, inspectors, tool makers and shop floor personnel. It covers what personnel need to know in order to function and work in an organization that uses geometric tolerancing. The program has earned the prestigious AVA award for excellence. The video is flexible and allows the units to be combined and tailored to meet individual needs. Company parts and examples may be added to customize the presentation.
Models and practical demonstrations are used extensively throughout the program to provide practical applications. The accompanying programmed student workbook makes it easy for the the students to follow along with the examples and complete program exercises.
Each unit within a program takes about 1 to 2 hours to complete, depending on depth of coverage and number of student exercises. The videos are perfect in a class room situation or a learning library to retrain and train new hires. Student exercises sprinkled throughout the programs. Solutions are included in the video. It also includes a bonus 2009 update unit that covers the changes from the 1994 standard.
